Return Policy
Processing orders of handcrafted products involve days of efforts put in by our artisans and our order processing team. We do not accept returns for orders where the product does not match your satisfaction but is perfect in terms of quality, sizes and other details mentioned on our website. We will review the case and help you with the best resolution and you can return it within 7 days of delivery of the product. Subject to the following conditions:
- Items will be returned only in case of any manufacturing defect.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
Refund Policy
For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where a product was received in a damaged condition and was verified and authorized by us.
Shipping cost will be deducted in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address, incorrect address format.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the logistics company.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used state.
- Products arrived are damaged.
- Package has been lost in transit when customer opts to courier by themselves.
- Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment and have gone through quality check
- Most of the banks take 10-12 days to process the refund request.
- Your original shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a shipping charge per kilogram for the shipping fee for the product being returned as well.
Cancellation Policy
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery. Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
Please note, convenience fees are not returnable for any reason. It is also to cover the payment processing charges and what payment gateways have to pay banks for online transactions. The fee is usually non-refundable if you cancel the product.
Damages and Issues
Our products sometimes may have some black or green spots and sharp edges. Edges are automatically smooth after wash 2-3 times. Please note that these products are not damaged. Bronze oxidizes in the air and has a propensity to turn black. This is a natural process and it could be cleaned with any metal cleaning agent or with natural cleaners like lime and salt, vinegar or salt or tamarind.
Exchanges
Products with manufacturing defect found to be justified with prior photo of the items can only be replaced. If there are any defects or transit damages in the products, we will accept an exchange of an unused product only if the intimation is done from your end within 2 days after the delivery is executed. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your new order.
Please allow 1-2 weeks post the date of return request for your exchange to be processed.
We will not issue returns and exchanges for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition other than the reason provided by you for exchange, we may have to send it back to you without processing any refunds or compensation. All goods will be inspected on return.
